At acquisition The Unique Pub Company comprised two separate pub estates, Unique and Voyager, which together operated more than 4,000 pubs broadly distributed across the UK. The Unique estate were mainly tenanted pubs, while Voyager was undergoing conversion from a managed to tenanted estate. By the time of Cinven’s realisation, these operations had been substantially converted to tenancies.
