Our Governance

Cinven is committed to maintaining the highest standards of governance, compliance and transparency.

Cinven’s Executive Committee is ultimately responsible for the management of the firm. Authority is delegated by the Executive Committee to Cinven’s three Co-Managing Partners and relevant specialist committees. These committees effectively cover: overall firm management, including strategy, budget and human capital; day-to-day operations; and allocation of investments amongst the Cinven Funds. For each Cinven Fund, the fund-specific committees cover investments, portfolio company developments and exits.

Co-Managing Partners

In January 2024, Bruno Schick, Jorge Quemada and Supraj Rajagopalan became equal co-Managing Partners of Cinven. Bruno, Jorge and Supraj jointly lead the strategic direction and development of the firm in collaboration with the Executive Committee, the Partner group, and the broader Cinven team.

Bruno is Head of Cinven’s DACH and Emerging Europe Regional teams, based in Frankfurt, and chairs the Portfolio Review Committees (PRCs) for the Cinven Funds. The PRCs oversee the implementation of value creation strategies across the Cinven Funds and make portfolio company realisation and exit decisions.

Jorge is Head of Cinven’s Iberia Regional team, based in Madrid, and chairs the Investment Committees for the Cinven Funds, with oversight of the firm’s investment activities.

Supraj leads and manages the day-to-day operations of the firm as CEO and chair of Cinven’s Executive Committee and Operating Committee.

Cinven is committed to conforming to the Walker Guidelines and also promotes conformity on the part of the portfolio companies owned by Cinven funds.
