International private equity firm Cinven today announces the promotion of three individuals to Partner.
Chris Good, Partner
Chris is a member of the TMT sector team and the UK and Ireland regional team. He has been involved in a number of investments, including Amadeus, CPA Global, Hotelbeds, Northgate Public Services, Springer and Visma. He joined Cinven in 2006.
Thomas Railhac, Partner
Thomas is a member of the TMT sector team and the regional team for France. He has been involved in a number of transactions, including Allegro, HEG, Numericable Group and Ufinet. He joined Cinven in 2008.
Ivan Kwok, Partner, Portfolio Team
Ivan is a member of the Portfolio team and is responsible for the internationalisation strategy for Cinven's portfolio companies. He has been involved with Cinven portfolio companies including Gondola, SLV, Kurt Geiger and Bioclinica. He joined Cinven in 2010.
