Cinven, an international private equity firm, is pleased to announce that it has made two new senior appointments to its Investor Relations and Fundraising team, with the appointments of Eleanor Mountain and Justin Riedell, both joining the firm as Managing Directors.
- Eleanor Mountain, Managing Director – Eleanor joins Cinven from CBPE Capital, where she was Partner and Head of Investor Relations and led two successful fundraises. Prior to joining CBPE, Eleanor was at Adams Street Partners and Horsley Bridge Partners, where she focused on primary commitments to European private equity managers. Eleanor started her career as a strategy consultant at L.E.K. Consulting. Eleanor is currently Chair of the mentoring programme for Level 20, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving gender diversity in European private equity. She will be based in Cinven’s London office.
- Justin Riedell, Managing Director – Justin joins Cinven from H.I.G. Capital, where he worked as a relationship manager for North America and European real estate equity, real estate credit, and infrastructure equity strategies, focused on raising capital from prospective US and Canadian Limited Partners. He initially focused on the firm’s opportunistic credit and direct lending strategies. Prior to joining H.I.G., Justin worked at HPS Investment Partners, J.P. Morgan, Lehman Brothers and Gruppo, Levey & Co. He will be based in Cinven’s New York office.
