Sebia was the worldwide leader in clinical electrophoresis equipment and reagents. Its systems analysed proteins in order to detect various diseases and conditions, primarily myeloma. Sebia supplied machines to private and public testing laboratories and had a large installed base of approximately 11,800 instruments.
