Carol is a member of the Consumer sector team. She has been involved in a number of transactions, including Arcaplanet and Kurt Geiger.

Prior to joining Cinven, Carol worked at Next Capital in Sydney, Australia, focusing on generalist mid market private equity. She previously worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division as a member of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications group in Australia.

Carol has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.

She joined Cinven in 2020.
