Iris is a member of the Investor Relations and Fundraising team. 

Prior to Cinven, Iris worked at Deloitte in the Investment Management and Private Equity audit division. 

Iris has an MSc in Business Analytics from Bayes Business School, and a BA in Business and Management from Durham University. She is also a Chartered Accountant. 

She joined Cinven in 2024.
