Jacopo is a member of the Industrials sector team. He has been involved in a number of transactions, including Arxada (formerly LSI), Master Builders Solutions and TK Elevator.

Prior to joining Cinven, Jacopo worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in London, advising on M&A transactions in the healthcare sector.

Jacopo has a BA in Business Administration from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.

He joined Cinven in 2018.
