Phil is a member of the North America regional team. He has been involved in a number of transactions, including BioAgilytix, Clario, & National Seating & Mobility.

Prior to joining Cinven, Phil worked at TPG Capital in the North American Buyout Group, identifying and evaluating investment opportunities across a number of sectors. Before joining TPG Capital, Phil worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division as a member of the Global Natural Resources Group.

Phil has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a BA in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

He joined Cinven in 2017.
