Peter is Head of Compliance and a member of the firm’s Legal and Compliance Department.

Prior to joining Cinven, Peter held in-house compliance roles at HSBC and Credit Suisse as well as performing regulatory roles at the UK Financial Services Authority and overseas financial regulators.

Peter has a LLB and LLM from the Queen’s University, Belfast.

He joined Cinven in 2016.
